4. Provide your insurance information and any additional details regarding your appointment visit.
5. You’ll receive a confirmation text and email for your appointment.
If your insurance is out-of-network or you don’t have insurance, a member of our team will reach out to discuss payment options and confirm your appointment within 24 hours. If we’re unable to confirm within that time, your appointment may be canceled — but don’t worry, we’ll do our best to connect with you quickly!
