Doctor of Chiropractic with PT priv.

Associate Doctor

Dr. Noel Camello is a Montgomery County native and licensed chiropractor committed to helping athletes and active individuals recover from injury, optimize performance, and stay healthy long-term. His passion for chiropractic care was driven by a desire to support competitive athletes of all ages, not only in recovering from injuries, but in preventing them through proactive, movement-based care.

Dr. Camello earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in December 2025, graduating on the Dean’s List. During his time at Logan, he developed a strong clinical foundation with advanced training and a specialty focus in physiotherapy and dry needling. His approach blends hands-on chiropractic adjustments with evidence-based rehabilitation strategies to address both the source of pain and the underlying biomechanical factors contributing to injury.

Prior to chiropractic school, Dr. Camello graduated from Campbellsville University in May 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. As a scholarship volleyball athlete, he experienced firsthand the physical demands of high-level competition, recovery, and performance training. That experience shaped his clinical philosophy – understanding not only how injuries occur, but how strategic rehabilitation and performance-focused care can keep athletes strong and resilient throughout their careers.

As a graduate of Wheaton High School, Dr. Camello is proud to serve the community that helped shape him. He remains actively involved in the volleyball community throughout the DMV, staying connected to the sport that first fueled his passion for performance and injury prevention. At Kaizo Health, he is dedicated to delivering patient-centered, results-driven care that aligns with the clinic’s mission of empowering individuals to move better, perform stronger, and live healthier lives.
