After signing up and completing intake, you will schedule a “Kick-Off” Zoom meeting to personalize your plan based on your intake questionnaire and goals.
From there, you and your coach will plan the program together and decide how often to check in virtually to keep it human centered.
How long does your program last?
In order for true behavior change to occur the program requires a 1 year long commitment.
We are not selling a 30 day lose 40lbs program.
We want to make sure that the habits you develop are long-lasting for the rest of your life.

How much does the program cost?
The online coaching program costs $250/month. It’s a monthly recurring subscription service which you can cancel at ANY time.
