Dr. Zary Dell, D.C. is the Clinic Director at Kaizo Health’s Fort Washington location. A Maryland native and valedictorian of his master’s program, he holds a Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Master’s in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. Dr. Dell combines advanced chiropractic techniques with soft tissue therapies to help patients overcome pain and return to the activities they love.
Credentials & Education
Dr. Zary Dell is a licensed chiropractor with physical therapy privileges in the state of Maryland and also licensed in Virginia. He is certified in Dry Needling and Cupping, which broadens his ability to provide advanced, evidence-based treatments tailored to each patient’s needs. A Maryland native, Dr. Dell attended the University of Maryland, College Park for his undergraduate studies, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. He followed his passion for sports and human performance to Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO. During his graduate work, he obtained a Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Master’s of Science in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. Dr. Dell graduated with honors in his Master’s program and was the Valedictorian.
Clinical Approach
He developed and refined his clinical skills in private practice. Dr. Dell enjoys working with his patients to get to the root cause of their problem and help them return to the activities they enjoy most. He utilizes a variety of chiropractic and soft tissue mobilization techniques, including Diversified, Flexion/Distraction, and Activator/Instrument Assisted Technique, as well as myofascial approaches such as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, pin and stretch technique, cupping, taping, and dry needling.
Personal Interests
When he is not busy treating patients at Kaizo Health, Dr. Dell enjoys going to the gym and lifting heavy weights. He also loves traveling with his wife and discovering new restaurants. A true Baltimore sports fan, he cheers on his Terps, Ravens, and Orioles at every opportunity.
