Use Your Time in the Car Wisely!

Regardless of winter weather, we DC/Virginia/Maryland drivers know what it’s like to sit in the car for a LONG TIME. Extended periods of time spent sitting in a confined space is not good for your body – specifically your neck and low back.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row type=”in_container” full_screen_row_position=”middle” scene_position=”center” text_color=”dark” text_align=”left” overlay_strength=”0.3″ shape_divider_position=”bottom”][vc_column column_padding=”no-extra-padding” column_padding_position=”all” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ column_shadow=”none” column_border_radius=”none” width=”2/3″ tablet_text_alignment=”default” phone_text_alignment=”default” column_border_width=”none” column_border_style=”solid”][vc_column_text]

  1. Place right hand under right leg. Drop left ear to left shoulder and hold for 15-30 seconds. Then turn your head to look down toward left hip, holding for 15-30 seconds.
  2. Chin Tucks: sit up tall looking straight ahead. Pull the head and chin back (if you make a double chin, you’re doing it right!). Hold for 5 seconds, then release. Repeat 10x.
  3. Gently lower your chin to your chest and hold for 5 seconds before returning to neutral. Repeat 3-5x.
