SSR is Making More Improvements to Achieve Service Excellence

You may recall a previous announcement last Fall that Sport and Spine Rehab (SSR) had transitioned its phone and data services to iCore to improve functionality in our communications and serve you better.? Since our new voice system is a VoPI (Voice over Private Internet) product our IT support and services became that much more important.? This weekend we will be making more improvements to help improve your experience with SSR and for us to continue to achieve the level of service excellence we are striving for.

We are very excited to announce that Lore Systems is our new IT partner. We will be transitioning all of our locations and our cloud environment to Lore?s care over the weekend of March 23 and 24. Although there has been intense planning and preparation we know from experience that issues will come up and it may take a few days to work through all the bugs. ?We wanted to let our SSR extended family know that if there are any IT challenges on Monday, which may include our phone communication since it runs over the internet or our access to account information,? ?know that we and Lore are working diligently to fix these problems and we will be running smoothly as quickly as possible.

We want to thank you for your continued support and for your patience if that becomes necessary. Please note that our phone system will route you to one of our locations if we are experiencing a problem at one particular office and our team members will manage your needs and transfer information as needed.
