To all the Sport and Spine Athletics Followers:

Are you ready? No, not for some football-even though the season is starting tonight and the Redskins play this Sunday, September 9th!

I am asking if you are ready for the new programs as our fitness department here at Sport and Spine Rehab in Fairfax grows to new heights!!!

This Saturday, September 8, 2012 we start our fitness class program. Our team will lead you through programs that utilize body weight, suspension and balance training as well as our favorites: kettlebells! Choose to use these as a make up for missed training sessions or as supplements to get closer to the gold standard of three times per week for metabolic strength training. These are just $25 per hour. They are also great introductions to bring friends to.

Secondly, we are FULL in our semi-private training class in Fairfax.?We are opening up a new time on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm. If you or any one you know has interest then shoot me an email.
