Potomac River Running and Sport and Spine Rehab are excited to offer the 2015 Trail Series on four spring weekends. The Trail series is perfect for runners of all levels.? If you are new to trail and just want to try it out, if you are an experienced trail-head or somewhere in between, this is the perfect opportunity to get out and explore our local trails.
There will be runs for all levels with guides for a 30 minute, 60 minute and 90 minute run. You?ll find run leaders, post run snacks, mud, dirt and grime and lots of fun!
