Kaizo Health is launching our first ever sponsored athlete search! We’re looking to empower one local DMV athlete to unleash their full potential as they become the face of Kaizo!

On September 30 we will announce the finalists based on the best answers.
Open voting will then begin to determine the ultimate winner, which will be announced on Halloween.
All athletes are welcome and encouraged to apply! Your number of followers on social media or sport of choice does not matter and will not be factored into the finalist selection!
