Earlier this year, Dr. Jay Greenstein showed NASA 6 simple stretches to perform from a desk chair. The good news is these stretches are not reserved for NASA employees–anyone can do them! We wanted to share this quick video with you because everyone deserves to live a healthier, happier life.
